Headlights
Polishing, beam alignment and lens casting - headlight restoration specialists in one section.
Headlight restoration - light without replacement
Hazy headlights do not just spoil the look - they cut night vision and blind oncoming drivers when the beam sits wrong. This section gathers headlight specialists: polishing, alignment, resealing and lens replacement without buying a whole new unit.
A yellowed lens - polish and protect
Years of UV and sand degrade the outer layer of the lens - polishing removes that layer and restores clarity. The important detail: after polishing the surface must get a protective coat - lacquer or film - otherwise the yellowing returns much sooner, since the factory protection is now gone.
A cracked lens - casting instead of a whole unit
A stone-damaged lens does not always mean replacing the whole headlight: on many models the lens is replaced or cast separately, while the housing, reflector and wiring keep working. A separate headlamp glass can be found in the parts section too. But for a unit with a burnt reflector, replacing the whole headlight is genuinely the better route.
Alignment - the mandatory last step
After every removal, replacement or accident the beam must be readjusted: a low beam shortens your view of the road, a high one blinds oncoming traffic. Beam alignment on a dedicated stand takes minutes and genuinely changes night driving. If the unit fogs up inside, fix the sealing before alignment - moisture slowly destroys the reflector.
