parts.ge is an online platform that connects buyers and sellers of auto parts, tires, wheels and auto services. The platform provides listing publication and search; transactions take place directly between the parties.

Posting a listing requires creating an account with accurate, up-to-date details. You are responsible for the security of your account and password, and for all activity performed from your account.

Posting false, misleading or incomplete information is prohibited. The part's condition (new / used), price and compatibility must match reality. Posting prohibited goods or stolen parts leads to account suspension.

The price in a listing is set by the seller. parts.ge is not a party to the transaction and takes no responsibility for payment. VIP and SUPER VIP fees are shown at the posting step.

The platform gives no guarantee regarding the seller, the quality of goods or the outcome of a transaction. Users assess risks independently. parts.ge is not liable for disputes arising between the parties.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Users will be informed about significant changes on the platform or by email.
